Bio

Michael Guttman is a seasoned marketing, advertising, and customer engagement leader with over two decades of progressive experience at the intersection of technology, retail, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). He holds a BA in Business & Management and an MA in Design from the University of Leeds. Michael began his career as a Senior Account Manager at Gratterpalm,  a specialist retail and FMCG advertising agency with a client base spanning major grocery, retail, and consumer goods brands where he spent six years developing expertise in shopper marketing, integrated advertising, and brand communication strategies. He subsequently joined Aldi UK as Advertising Manager, leading national advertising initiatives for one of the world's fastest-growing grocery retailers, before being elevated to Global Business Coordination Manager at ALDI SÜD's international headquarters, where he aligned marketing and IT systems across global markets. Most recently, Michael served as Director of Customer Interaction at ALDI SÜD for nearly six years, a role in which he led enterprise-wide digital marketing, B2C engagement, and omnichannel customer experience programmes, leveraging technology platforms to deliver seamless, data-driven consumer interactions at scale. His career reflects a rare combination of agency-side creativity, in-house retail execution, and global strategic leadership, skills he now brings to Noverram to help drive its mission of delivering innovative, technology-enabled water solutions to the world's most demanding corporate and utility stakeholders.
