With over 25 years of international corporate advisory experience at PwC, Greenhill, and Credit Suisse, Rees brings deep expertise in navigating complex strategic and capital decisions. He holds a Bachelor of Economics, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, and is both a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Rees serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Rice WaTER Institute, and has held positions as Director of the Australian American Association and TrademarkVision, Innovation Task Force Member for United Nations Water, and Facilitator of the World Bank Youth Innovation Challenge.
