Jeff Simonetti is a water transaction and government affairs strategist with more than two decades of experience navigating public policy, land use, and water resource management across California and the Western United States. Jeff advises master planned communities, agricultural operators, and groundwater sustainability agencies on the acquisition and transfer of water assets. His work bridges the gap between complex regulatory environments and actionable water solutions  helping clients move with speed and confidence in an increasingly constrained resource landscape.  Jeff holds a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Boston University
